"I was not intending to spend as many nights in Bucaramanga as I did, but my car & mechanic had other ideas! There are a lot of things within walking distance of the hotel, there’s a 3 story mall where I was able to find some inexpensive cigars to enjoy by the rooftop pool along with a very reasonably priced cafe americano from the same mall & both on the first floor. I walked most places, took Uber when it was either too hot or raining, but I walked to & from an acupuncturist, a massage spot...

"This place was amazing! The food was excellent, the staff was very cheerful and very accommodating. The rooms are really nice, the entire building was beautiful, and the grounds are really nice too. There was always something fun happening and the pool is huge. The scenery is pretty also. I don't speak spanish but the staff does, so it was not that hard to communicate. I would always stay here when I come back."

"The service in this hotel was amazing - they anticipated our needs at every step. They remembered our drink orders from day to day, the laundry was very fast, etc. Sebastian was especially helpful. The rooms and balconies are spacious (although they could use a bit of new paint on some walls and pictures to warm up the room). Every room has a view of the mountains. We loved the spa and would highly recommend it. The only downside was that it was very difficult to get ahold of them by email...
