Then When I checked in at 3pm, the usual time. they told me that they can give my request but the room will only be available at 4:30pm, NOT ACCEPTABLE! I told then they should have called me and not let me check in and wait for an hr and a half! Then they made me wait extra 10mins and they told me they will fix it and offered me comp drinks in the restau. After 5mins they came back saying They have the room...

"Great location and excellent staff and service. We had a young baby and the room was a good size, hotel also supplied a cot bed. We couldn't be happier with our stay. The staff at breakfast were extremely nice and helpful and there was a great selection of food available."

"Great location! In the mid point between Mong Kok (sneaker st) and Tsim Sha Tsui - it is on Nathan Rd; also next to the Temple St night market. Very accessible as it is close to Jordan MTR station. My room was clean, spacious and had everything you need here. Friendly staff as well. Will be staying here for my next visits!"

"Location is convenient. A bit far from subway but if you know bus routes, there are lots of options. Many eateries around the neighborhood. Although rooms are a bit out dated, at least staff are friendly and helpful."
