The shower head was leaking from the hose and we told the front desk but it wasn’t fixed until we checked out. The front desk reception lady was not very polite and impatient when I called to let her know our shower gel is running out, she ask me to call the house keeping office for that, and thank god they came to give us a new bottle."

Even though we paid for the breakfast during our stay, we did not eat the breakfast at the hotel because of the quality of breakfast. Please improve the variety and quality, in particular, daily variety. We are so bored to eat the same food everyday. "
