"Great location close to subway and clean rooms "

"Clean, comfortable bed and helpful service. Walkable from the airport, so no need to wait for shuttle if you have roller bags. We were allowed to check in at 1 pm which we appreciated. The restaurant served dinner with good menu options. Not a fan of the bathroom set up in the room. It had semi transparent, modular glass walls for the toilet room and shower stall which are open to the rest of the room along with the sink, unless you draw a curtain. And no outlet at the sink/mirror that can...

"Staff were absolutely awesome. The room was very comfortable, and clean. We had a small balcony on our room. The food at the restaurant was very good. We had prepaid for dinner and breakfast was included. The food at the upstairs bar was also very good but not included. It is a little bit away from shopping and downtown but taxis are about 7€ or there is a hop on hop off bus nearby. The taxis mostly do cash only though. Only a few take credit card. "This charming hotel is located by high end stores and great restaurants. There is easy access to tour guides and public transportation. Hotel is within walking distance to other parts of the city. The train station to Sintra is only a block away. Breakfast and happy hour drinks were included with our reservation. We had a wonderful experience. "

"The hotel was excellent, however the only reason I have given it 4stars not 5 is the staff across the 4days could have been more energetic and smiling. The service was not bad it was very efficient but it was functional not warming."
