Excelente variedad en el desayuno. Las habitaciones amplias y la cama super comoda. Lo único que encontré incómodo fue el lavamanos que estaba en el pasillo. Trato muy amable y servicial. Muy recomendado si vas para Oporto ya que caminando llegas en par de minutos a la estacion Oriente. Muy cerca también del Oceanario.

Wet clean and professional. Breakfast not included, fine by me. Comfortable room. Bathe was a bit small the Sink outside the bathroom, I was alone so fine for me. Extremely great check-in experience and friendly staff. Our room was standard but terrible for sleeping. The climate control was faulty and even though the AC was maxed out in early November, we were sweating in the humid room. We toughed it out as we had an early flight and didn't want to deal with changing rooms at 11:00 PM when waking up at 3:30 AM. Hotel is nice enough but make sure the thermostat is working once you get in the room!

The hotel was clean and convenient to the airport which were my biggest requirements. The staff was okay, but did not communicate as effectively as they could. It was a turn-off that, unless you paid the buffet price, there was no coffee available, except for a vending machine in the lobby.

Great location with lots of restaurants and a shopping center nearby. The staff was very friendly and allowed us to check-in earlier. This is a great place to stay when visiting Parque das Nações in Lisbon.
