"Very close to airport with shuttle service. Breakfast begins at 4:00am so able to eat before early flight. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was excellent "

"I can't praise this hotel highly enough. From their eco-friendly policies to their extremely helpful/friendly staff, I was so impressed with this hotel. It's only 3.5 years old & modern. The room was very clean & tidy & though I didn't have an accessible room, the bathroom was suitable for my needs. The hotel is conveniently located,near the Picoas metro station (yellow line). From there it's just one stop to the blue line and another 3 or 4 of stops to the main parts of the city. The hotel's light show at 10pm to 10:15pm is worth a watch from the central courtyard, or the bar. We went for a football themed weekend. Both Benfica & Sporting stadia are easily accessible on the metro."

"The property is right on the harbour, the roooftop bar and pool are good. Our room was a bit dark with not great views but otherwise everything was good. The spa could do with a water cooler in for people to rehydrate"

They kept giving me phone numbers to call Expedia.. numbers that did not answer. Marco and Joia, at the Radisson, were extremely professional and were a great helping resolving the issue.
