"Property was nice, overall. Staff were very friendly. A few areas were disappointing - some of the equipment in the fitness center wasn't working and, most significantly, the pool was not great. There were no towels in the pool area and, despite looking like it was inside on the photos, the pool and room are not heated. This made for a chilly swim and was not as much fun as we had hoped."

"Beautiful hotel, loved the history and the display cases with old pictures and memorabilia. Overall room conditions were very cozy, especially the bed and bedding. Room was very clean. Bathroom had a couple of issue the staff might need to check on. The water pressure in the shower was great, but the tub didn't drain so you wound up standing in 3 to 4 inches of water by the time you were done. "The customer service from the young lady in valet (Kim I believe that’s her name) to the front desk (Simon I believe that’s her name) was nothing short of amazing. I’m sorry I only semi remembered their names but even the young lady with the cute glasses at the bell hop station. The room was amazing and the view was even better! I will definitely be back and I’ve been telling everyone I know that the Loews Hotel is a must stay when in Philly!! Thank you all again so much! "
