"We had a nice stay at the resort! The property is beautiful and the main building at the resort is gorgeous. Our room was in the Delaware Lodge, was not what we expected. The room needs to be updated in many different ways. There were cracks in the walls/paint, the room needed to be cleaned better and the air/heated needs is old. The bed mattress was very uncomfortable and the bed frame was creaky. The bathrooms have been renvotated but not completely finished with spackle still on the...

"My husband and I got a day and night away from our teenagers for the first time in years. This hotel was fantastic! The lobby is fancy and beautiful. The large gathering room was our view from our window, which was nice. There was an event happening in the evening but it wasn't loud. The bed was comfortable and clean. The room was spacious. "The customer service from the young lady in valet (Kim I believe that’s her name) to the front desk (Simon I believe that’s her name) was nothing short of amazing. I’m sorry I only semi remembered their names but even the young lady with the cute glasses at the bell hop station. The room was amazing and the view was even better! I will definitely be back and I’ve been telling everyone I know that the Loews Hotel is a must stay when in Philly!! Thank you all again so much! "
