Pool was warm but room was cold, they had a sales guy in the lobby offering extra points then trying to sell you a 4 day vacation, and only offered cookies no food during my stay. First time in philly, next time I'll try another hotel for service, good location, meh moods from staff

The location was good, the room itself was dated with popcorn ceilings and Vegas style carpeting. This was hard to tell with the pictures that are used when viewing online. The room we had was extremely loud due to the traffic noise, so sleeping was very challenging. Maybe a room higher up would have been better. I wish I had known that the parking garage was not inside the hotel itself so you will have to walk from the garage next door to get to the hotel. Also be prepared to carry all your luggage yourself. They do not give out any luggage carts, so multiple trips needed to be made back and forth from the car to the room, it was not convenient at all. This was very annoying considering how much the parking cost but I guess it's better than finding street parking.
