We loved Palau, it was an amazing experience, but the hotel almost ruined it. It was terribly disappointing. The staff were often very rude to us, and we were nickel and dimed for EVERYTHING! "We stayed in multiple locations in Palau and in my opinion Sea Passion was the best! You can’t beat the location or the view and the service was outstanding. A mid range hotel that exceeded expectations with clean modern rooms, a small beach and pool. Hiring a kayak is a must, and so is sunset at the Beach Bar. Fish n Fins tours are right there and it’s super close to other tour operators. Highly recommended. "

"The staff are amazing here. Breakfast was great and they will schedule it around your plans for the day (i.e. diving, hiking, kayaking). The staff is always willing to bend over backwards to help accommodate your needs. The rooms are great and very clean. AC works amazing in the rooms. "The property claimed it was a bed and breakfast, but it was a dorm type of living. I arrived at night and all I saw were single men outside at the gazebo. I was traveling with my family for an emergency death in the family and this did not feel like a safe space for me, my family, or my belongings. I decided to go to Palaysia for $30 more than this price. Do not stay here unless you are single and leave no valuable items in your room!"
