"Only a couple of streets away from a lively eating area, this hotel was in a great location. There was a subway entrance at the end of the street and it was walking distance to the department stores around Umeda. The room was clean and a decent size. The hotel has a convenience store within it, which was fantastic. There is a rooftop pool, but access to it is quite costly - this would be my only drawback (I'm being picky as it would have been nice to access this facility but not at the cost of around $80 for our family of 4 per hour). Overall, clean and well located, but still quiet."

"The room is a bit smaller than what is seen on photos. Other than that, the hotel is very nice, there’s a shopping mall downstairs and the stations are just ~5 minutes walk, very convenient, highly recommend."

"We booked a a room on the 4th floor with 3 beds & a patio facing the courtyard. The room was very spacious, so was the bathroom. The room & facility could use some updating, but was quite clean and served the purpose. The location was excellent, very close to train stations and attractions. Lawson was right next door, which was convenient for grabbing food & drinks prior to daily outings😁. Would recommend!"
