"The only the negative thing I have to say about this place is not really a negative at all; it is far from downtown, but RIGHT next to the Osaka Shinkasen station which I cannot explain how convenient that is. It’s comfy, clean, staff are nice, and beds are comfy. I would stay here again. "

Location made getting my JR Pass, IC card and money exchange a breeze. Highly recommend this hotel if arriving after dark like I did. I was able to get a good nights sleep and an early start on my Japan adventure. "

"Hotel is a walking distance from the train station. So it is very convenient. It's a small compact hotel, but rooms like just slightly bigger than the usual APA chain. Staff are generally nice and helpful. "
