"Great location, friendly and helpful staff, close to plenty of shops, restaurants and to Osaka station. However, the hotel is definitely on the older side and even though I was on a "non-smoking" floor, there was a faint smell of smoke and mildew (probably from the old carpets)"

" excellent service, location, surprisingly large and comfortable rooms. Only downside was smell of smell of smoke in the first room we stayed in. Second room was better. It’s a nonsmoking hotel now but smell lingers in some places. The staff and service couldn’t have been more efficient and helpful. "
