"I loved the location of this hotel. It was very easy to get to and all the great restaurants and bars were walking distance. The downfall wasn’t that big of an issue but at night, having a room on royal street, it was nosey at times. Not the hotels fault at all but bring a sound machine if you are a light sleeper. "

"The first thing i noticed was a funky smell as soon as i came in the door. Whatever. I quickly got used to it and it was not an issue after that. Staff were great. "The hotel is in a great location for the street car and bus, getting around is very easy. The breakfast was convenient to have set up every morning and the kitchen staff kept the area well stocked and clean. The parking is a bit pricey, next time we will not need a rental car due to the efficient public transportation. "

"The night before my check out I request a no charge late check out from 11am to move to 12pm as is on their website. Right after 11am the date of check out the housekeeper knock on my door and said check out was at 11am and that I will be charge a late check out fee and I explain to her I requested the night before and she said is not in her system so will be charge the fee.
