"We booked a family trip and stayed for 3 days with our kids. As it was low season (early march) the check in/check out process was smooth. We had a 3 bedroom condo and it felt like an Airbnb but in a hotel which we liked for safety. The hotel water park was smaller than we thought but it served our needs. There’s one hot tub which was nice for the colder days. We didn’t really eat at the restaurants so we cannot comment on that. We cooked most of our food and Publix or Aldi groceries store was...

"Had a wonderful stay at Caesars Palace. Check in/out was smooth and quick with advanced communication about mobile check in process. Staff was friendly and available to help navigate around the property. The pools were warm and relaxing. Room was clean and upgraded (especially the bathroom). Food at the food court and Giada were all great. Would highly recommend."

Couldn’t enjoy pool because too cold during my stay which was a bummer. Only real critique of property was the bed and pillows. They were both the worst bed/pillows I’ve ever slept on in a hotel and at this price point. "The room itself was spacious and comfortable. My issues were more with the amenities, or lack thereof. There is nowhere to refill water, you aren't able to use the refrigerator in your room for personal use, no coffee maker in the room, and overall the lighting was terrible. And whatever you do don't even think about touching the mini bar items or you will get charged. All of those things took away from the really nice room/facility."

"We spent a number of days at the Grand Hilton Vacations. The place was great for an extended stay, very clean, safe and secure, had is own little kitchenette to make our own food at times. Bed was comfy. Would happily stay there again. "
