"Everything was absolutely perfect. It was my lady’s birthday, and the restaurant downstairs even put a candle on my lady’s cake when she turned 40."

"The rooms on the high floors of the tower can be a bit noisy during high winds and the doors to the rooms in the historical building could use some sealing to cut out hallway noise. BUT any little inconvenience are totally outweighed by the incredible staff. The only other hotel that I have stayed at in Toronto with this level of customer service is The Four Seasons. I’ve stayed at one King West before and will definitely come again."
