Great location. As a bonus I was able to get into room early which was so helpful after overnight flight. "

"This place is a perfect base to explore Reims . We parked in the car park upstairs , outside for free ( there is underground parking on site too ) The room was nice , overlooking the river .. from the hotel it’s walkable to the Cathedral quarter ( 10/12mins stroll ) and there’s a wealth of restaurant choices and bars there . This seemed a very walkable and safe city and the Mercure is a nice easy , cost effective hotel to use as a base for a visit . "

"This is a hotel as it should be! I had a very nice and quiet room with a comfortable bed, a good shower and a water kettle for tea. The staff was super friendly and helpful, plus there is parking just in front of the door. I didn't try the breakfast but it looked good too. All in all this was an excellent stopover during a long journey. Thank you! ✨"

"Only stayed for one night, but other than the noisy water heater in the bathroom, a pretty solid place. Amazing location for the price. Easy walk to Reims Cathedral and the surrounding area and the staff was kind and accommodating."

"This brilliant hotel rescued me when I was stranded in Reims when the last TGV out of town was cancelled. The staff were utterly brilliant in looking after me. I wasn’t prepared for an overnight stay and they provided all the toiletries that I needed. And an iPhone charger. Because it was late, the bar was no longer serving food, so one of the receptionists helped me find some dinner from the kitchen. All through, they were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and kind. I was a bit traumatised by...
