"This brilliant hotel rescued me when I was stranded in Reims when the last TGV out of town was cancelled. The staff were utterly brilliant in looking after me. I wasn’t prepared for an overnight stay and they provided all the toiletries that I needed. And an iPhone charger. Because it was late, the bar was no longer serving food, so one of the receptionists helped me find some dinner from the kitchen. All through, they were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and kind. "The room was so small that I could barely move inside. The breakfast was average, mainly sweet things to eat. The hotel charges €25 for the sauna and jacuzzi, even for a 6yo child! No towels at the swimming pool. This also costs extra."
