"This was my second stay at this hotel. Both times have been consistently great. Very clean, helpful hotel staff (high level of English in case you do not speak French), nicely appointed rooms. Great location. As a bonus I was able to get into room early which was so helpful after overnight flight. "

"This place is a perfect base to explore Reims . We parked in the car park upstairs , outside for free ( there is underground parking on site too ) The room was nice , overlooking the river .. from the hotel it’s walkable to the Cathedral quarter ( 10/12mins stroll ) and there’s a wealth of restaurant choices and bars there . This seemed a very walkable and safe city and the Mercure is a nice easy , cost effective hotel to use as a base for a visit . "

"The service at this hotel was amazing. Kinga was especially great. The location is fantastic for all the local activities. The rooms are very small, but that is probably because of our American standards of larger rooms. No coffee in room which sucks. Breakfast was fantastic.
