"Everything was wonderful. The property was beautiful with a peaceful serene feeling Rooms were spacious and quite even though we were facing the street side. The staff could not do enough for you they were always helpful and pleasant. We will definitely be back on our next trip to the champagne region!!"

"Beautiful hotel well worth it. Service was very good, even charging our hybrid rental for us without asking and providing water and umbrellas for our day trips. We ate at both restaurants, both were excellent. Not an overload of food or courses like some other Michelin star restaurants in the area. Breakfast was simple but good (if a little pricey). Convenient to Pommery and Veuve (walking distance) and downtown Reims (a short drive). Highly recommended."
