"Advertised as air conditioning and heating (on Hotels.com, their own website, and a phone call to confirm) but turns out that the hotel disabled air conditioning and refused to allow use. Hair in shower upon check-in. Overall, beautiful room but uncomfortable due to lack of air conditioning despite confirming availability of such when booking."

"Great staff, a wide variety of breakfast options, and convenient parking. The bed is very comfortable. Although there were trains passing by in the distance, I wasn’t affected at all and slept very well at night!"

"The perfect whimsical hotel to live out your Strasbourg dream getaway. Loved this hotel and its stylings. The staff were very nice. I will say I booked the prestige level room which has the idyllic view into their gorgeous courtyard. That was everything for us. Without that, I’m not sure if it would have been the same. It’s not located in the very popular Petite France area of old town, but it’s still very walkable to everything inside of 15 minutes. "
