"Our butler Jean Claude was wonderful. Honestly everyone on staff was wonderful and I wish I could remember names but it really was every staff member we encountered. They were always friendly and welcoming. The extra care in decorating the room for my birthday was just another happy memory I have from our stay here. I’m so grateful for all of them. My only complaints about the resort is some minor areas where I noticed things needed repair and there were some bad smells coming from the bathroom...

"Natura Cabana was perfect! Excellent food, steps from the beach, staff were lovely, massage was great - what more could you need? In particular, Victor went above and beyond and helped my wife get her AirPods back after we had left for another hotel in a different part of the island. We will definitely return!"
