"A really enjoyable and relaxing stay in a lovely hotel. The room allocated was very nice, spacious, very clean and very comfortable. WiFi in the room was very good until 10pm for some reason. The pool and gym were very good. The pool area was spacious with plenty of loungers. The gym was well equipped for hotel guests. I had breakfast each of the 6 days I stayed and they were good value with a wide variety of options. All of the staff I encountered were very friendly, helpful and accommodating....

"The hotel itself is good. A bit expensive. The area used to be 'nice' outside. Now too much trafic. The sidewalks and street in the surrounding area must be updated and make new ans clean. I think I may stay in a hotel of compatible quality and service but that is not so crowded. The area has to improve to change my mind. At least have available better prices for repeat customers like me."

"Good property, excellent service, comfortable beds, superb breakfast... the only complaint is coldness. The room was cold and had no heat and the engineer who came up tried to "fix" it without knowing that there was no heat. And I made an appointment for a massage in the spa and in a room where they expect a guest to disrobe, the AC was going, the room was very cold and the attendant thought that just turning the AC off would make it ok. The room was so cold I had to cancel my appointment. ...
