"The staff are efficient and manages the property well. We enjoyed their breakfast. I loved chatting with Isidro who served us breakfast. The neighborhood is safe but far from the most of main attractions including La Candelaria. During the weekdays at night, there are some noises from the nearby parking lot. During the weekend starting Friday, there are terrible music played outside till approximately 1 a.m. I hope the hotel put some efforts to curb these music from nearby vendors. "

"The staff at the hotel is excellent especially the concierge greeter Andreas. The upstairs and rooftop I would say large jacuzzi it's not an actual pool but it is wonderful and the view is to die for. Overall the rooms are immaculate and have a nice little kitchenette. If you want to and want to be around good night life and laurels and not the main downtown in Medellin book this place. "

"Nice area, safe, good view Nice, friendly and helpful staff. hot tub only in Master suite. Misleading pics and marketing based on Master suite @2.5x cost. breakfast at extra cost and is bad. Only 1 elevator & 8 floors. Need to wait long sometimes. WiFi is weak. No heating. Bathroom had no exhaust fan or window to the outside."
