"People were friendly & helpful, but the room I was in the first night was not very good (worst in the hotel) I had to pay more to upgrade to a better room. The description is not correct for this hotel. There is no bar or restaurant or sauna. Very good location though."

"I’ve stayed here 4-5 times over the years. The staff remains excellent, but the lobby, hallways and rooms could use a refresh. Black carpet in hallways has bleach spots. Sheer white curtains in room aren’t so white anymore - stained and snagged. Some of gold drapes were falling off tracks. Fabric worn off the corner of the bedframe - I cut my leg on exposed wooden frame. White furniture is scraped and stained. Offwhite floor tiles have bleach spots. Too much clutter on the furniture in the room...
