"This hotel is great and the staff were fantastic. Unfortunately it has really weird system for lights etc in the room and I couldn’t figure it out. It was controlled from a phone that wasn’t anywhere near the bed & was not intuitive. Nowhere in the room was it written how to dial reception, so I had to phone the hotel number on my own phone. I was then chided for not reading my welcome letter where, apparently, it was written. Just having dial 9 for reception written on the phone works for every...

"The location was perfect! The hotel is very clean and the staff were so helpful "

"I really enjoyed the hotel and its convenient location, which was close to everything. The breakfast was excellent. However, I would rate the sleeping comfort 2½ out of 5. This is largely because there was no bed sheet provided, making it uncomfortable to sleep—either I was too hot with the quilt or too cold without it. Additionally, the lack of a toilet lid seemed unhygienic to me."

"Is a unique property, very bling! Returned because we loved it. The lovely suite we had this time (no.36) was extremely noisy late into the night .... next door to bar with thumping music. Disappointing. Perhaps guests should be told in advance if they are given this room. "
