She had escorted me to our room, provided a complimentary champagne for our anniversary and took our dine-in order within minutes of checking in. Charlotte was very courteous in bringing it to our room at the exact time I had asked. Wonderful! "

"Room was clean and good size. Bed was very comfotable. The check-in was fast. There is no room service, but there are 3 very good restaurants nearby. One Italian restaurant was at the ground floor of the hotel and do take out. The 2nd one is SouthBAR at the corner of the street and 3rd restaurant is at Queen lane. There are also Subway and Mcdonalds 2 minutes walk. "
