"This property is in dire need of updates and repairs. The carpet is torn in many of the common hallways and at least three elevators are out of service. There is a tree near one of the entrances that drops a lot of leaves which got into the hallway. Every we were there so were the leaves. It is obvious that no one vacuumed. "

"Heater routinely made odd tones and noises throughout the night, eventually got up and shut it off. Got blasted with cold water out of nowhere during shower."

"The hotel like the other reviews have stated needs to be updated. The televisions are extremely small. The rooms are extremely comfortable, large, nice beds and nice pillows. They have a great restaurant with live music and dancing on the weekends. The restaurant is excellent and they have full room service. Staff is fantastic. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. If the resort did the updates, this would be a 5 star resort. I would definitely stay here again. "
