"The stay started out terrible - I originally asked for 2 beds; our room had 1 king. I went to the front desk; I explained what I asked for - since i had a pet with me, I wanted ground floor; and 2 beds. When I got there, the only rooms available were on the 3rd floor. The man at the desk explained that the room was "pre-assigned"; I asked by whom; he said the "system".
