"The property was impeccable, very artsy, unusual decor however, I found the rooms to be quite dark with not enough lighting. They could also use a real coffee machine, such as an espresso, not the old-fashioned style that that did not even work… I did not get a chance to try all the dining options unfortunately nor did I get a chance to visit the pool or the spa"

"Beautiful and historic property in the wonderful Oak Lawn area. Very safe location, for a single woman traveling. Lovely and helpful staff, clean well stocked room. I stayed on the 7th floor in a corner king with an incredible view of the city. I only stayed for one night to see a show, but the library bar looked amazing, with casual live music. I did get late night room service and was actually impressed with the salad and sandwich. I would absolutely recommend and stay again. "
