The food and service at the restaurant was mediocre. The parking fee of $54.13 for one night was extreme. The carpet on the 16th floor north tower was old and pieced together in the hallway. There is no complimentary WiFi. No blankets in the room. The best part of our stay was Greg, the complimentary car service driver who make sure my daughter was safely driven to and from the House of Blues.

Beautiful hotel. Great location to enjoy Dallas. Beware the south tower rooms seem to be a little older and dated than the north tower. I was a little dissapointed when my bathroom did not match the one depicted in the photos. Other than that, great! Gym also very nice, for a hotel gym. Definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Stayed in a suite, but a regular one and not a gold one. The room was very large, with a tiny industrial looking bathroom. You could tell everything was older, but well kept. The elevator!! We were in room 900 on the backside of the elevator that ran all night… LOUDLY!! The cables, the car itself was so loud all night. Advise: request a gold room (maybe nicer) and away from the elevator. Outside of that, the hotel was ok. The Valet and their attention to service was the best part!!

Out of the many places I’ve stayed in Texas, particularly in Dallas, this is the best place to stay for a few nights. This is a great-safe place in the middle of downtown and the customer service goes above and beyond. There’s a gentleman, who’s head of concierge (Derrick I think his name is), who deserves an award for helping me set up the bed with roses for my girlfriend’s birthday before we arrived.

This property has complimentary ride within 1 mile radius. It is super convenient. The staff were prepared with printable options of where to dine and spas. They were all very nice. Would recommend.

This was a nice property. The front desk staff were nice and welcoming. The room was clean and the bed was comfy! We did not have a car but were able to walk to different bars and restaurants. Was within walking distance to American Airlines arena. It was very cold when we visited but the pool area looked cool!

Was stared down by a concierge in the lobby then intensely questioned about our business being there. He did not believe me when I stated we were staying there and continued to question us about when we checked in. Interesting experience for sure. We enjoyed the room and rooftop experience. It was unfortunate to be made to feel like we didn’t belong there.
