"I stayed in executive tower. The service and reception was outstanding. The room was beautiful and was 120V ready so I don’t need a converter. The restaurants and bars at the hotel were phenomenal. Since I was in the heart of Seoul and Lotte shopping mall, everything was so convenient. The subway was on the corner of the street or you can have direct access through the hotel!
