"I'll give it credit for trying. This hotel is still in a major renovation but the pool, garden area and grounds were nice. Breakfast is limited and kinda sad. They have a kitchen area under renovation so future meals I hope will be better. The rooms are spacious but why is the bathroom sink in the bedroom area? So weird. "

"My stay was excellent. The interior of the house and the amenities are great. It is 1.7 miles from downtown. Bus service to the airport is good. Take bus #1 to bus terminal and then bus #10 or 30 to the airport. Bus rides are only $2. "

"This was my 2nd time staying here and will do again. The hotel is very clean and staff friendly. The only thing I could complain about was the elevator. Only 2 and one was not functioning. It took a while but overall only complaint. Will stay again. Spacious rooms and good continental breakfast. "

"Exceptional staff - Allie at the front desk is a treasure! Hotel is conveniently located at the edge of Ybor City - a “must see” Tampa neighborhood. Hotel provides all essentials, room was clean and comfortable. Ybor City offers plenty of dining and entertainment options. Free streetcar going to the downtown and Riverwalk is an extra bonus. "

"The neighborhood may be a littlw sketchy for some upper middle class, but we came across no issues to cause alarm. The house was clean and we enjoyed our rest as been traveling for weeks. Ace, house manager, was beyond polite! Refreshing... We would come again."

"I would recommend this property to anyone! It was nice and clean; tasty breakfast, 24-hr coffee. A notice taped beside the elevator mentioned promised upgrades to come. (I can only recall a gym as one of them because that is the first thing my daughter searched out.) My only personal negative was I forgot my white noise machine and it was much too quiet with not quite enough soundproofing for my sleep need. My adult daughter had no problem. "
