This was one of the best experiences I had at a hotel. From check in to check out everyone was so kind and accommodating. The front desk team were all so very nice. Especially the young lady who checked me in. The most amazing thing was the hotel shuttle service. They were so courteous. Every single ride was a pleasant experience. The indoor /outdoor pool made me feel like I was on an island. I simply loved everything about this hotel and the amazing team that works there. Thanks so much!

Property was great overall. Kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool. Shuttle provided by Marriott for travel within 2 miles was an unexpected bonus. Staff were very friendly and courteous. This was a great spot to stay.

I choose this property because it was close enough to the airport and offered a shuttle. I arrived, picked up my bag and called for the shuttle. Unfortunately, I waited 45 minutes before the shuttle arrived. There were 5 shuttles from other hotels that came by, including the shuttle for the Hampton Inn that came twice. That driver even asked me if I had called my hotel for the shuttle. I would choose another hotel around the airport, there are a lot of options. This one is overpriced for what they offer and not at Marriott’s standards.

Hotel supervisor was very rude stated she did not receive a cancellation from Expedia for 12/25/24 -12/26/24. She refused to give me a refund after speaking with a Manager from Expedia yesterday. My Birthday was ruined yesterday due to this unfortunate situation. I will never book a reservation with this Hotel again. I will also go on social media and then let everyone about my experience with this establishment.
