"My husband and I came here to celebrate our one year of marriage—but little did I know, the room I booked had a tiny patio and an entire tree blocking our view. I spoke to the front desk about it and they showed me kindness and empathy, going above and beyond to help remedy the situation. Our room was upgraded for free to a much bigger room with a huge beautiful view. They also gave us complimentary sparkling wine and dessert. My husband and I truly appreciated the staff for their hospitality,...

"This property was close to all the attractions that we wanted to see. It was just off the expressway and easy to access. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The on property restaurants were excellent. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Not only was everything great, the staff was amazing! From the two young ladies in the morning, to the two gentlemen in the evening and the cleaning staff- it appeared that everyone was there to serve me, and as a guest that feels awesome. The location was great, the room was clean, the lobby and outside were comfortable.... I won't be looking for any other places to stay on my next visits to SD."

"Beautiful location, but a bathroom door that doesn’t lock or stay closed is not good for more than one person. The thermostat obviously didn’t work as we set it to 85 to warm up the room and it never warmed up. Parking for one night out front was $43 so that was outrageous! Thought it was strange that water wasn’t offered given the amount I spent to stay there..unless I wanted to pay $7 a bottle..and still haven’t gotten the checkout email.."
