This motel is safe, clean, affordable, beautiful landscaping and nice patios. With a central location, biking the island is easy. You can even bike to downtown Coronado, which is only a 5 minute bike ride. From there you can go to the shops, or walk onto the ferry with your bike and cross over to downtown...

Coronado Beach vibe. We had the crown City room and it was ginormous with a beautiful giant bathtub and a fireplace. Happy hour and breakfast is included in the price and the food was delicious, plated beautifully, and caters to gluten free diets! The staff was so kind and helpful. They also have complimentary beach, cruiser, bikes and helmets to check out the island. "

"A little overpriced for their current condition. Worn / torn upholstery on furniture in room and some spots/stains. Nice view and resort in general if not looking for

stay. Should note that bay view rooms facing their lawn area be aware they host events so business dinners/weddings are part of your view and if plan on R&R on your patio/deck that can be disruptive. Parts of property were cluttered with overflow storage, mostly in the parking area so not an eyesore for general environment....

"The hotel El Cordova was a jewel. I loved the quaint and historic feeling of this boutique hotel. The pool was beautiful and the suite we stayed in was roomy, clean and we were able to use the fridge to store some food. Miguel’s Cocina serves delicious food at a very reasonable price. I enjoyed my stay here with the beautiful scenes on the tiles around the property. I felt like I had escaped to Spain. The location was great, close to shopping and the beach. A very walkable area.
