"This is a simple but pleasant place to stay. My room was very clean and was cleaned nicely each day. There was tea making facilities, a small fridge and 24 hours of hot water. The staff are friendly and helpful. Next door is a very cheap and easy place to get snack, tea and coffee. Literally round the corner is a bigger more comprehensive place to eat and down the road a few metres is a well stocked supermarket. "While Ashan and his mother were helpful, I cannot recommend this location. The bed was a combination of slippery mattress and too small unfitted sheets, which made them impossible to keep in place. There is no AC, only fan..it's hot..only cold water shower.,no tv... It should be rated 1-2 stars"

"Great to be met at the airport by the owner, no stress about finding the place, friendly chat. Room was disappointing noticed the smell of cigarette smoke on walking in and never got away from it. I booked a NON smoking room. Location quite central, despite the high level still heard all the horns and caught the sunrise as there were no block-out curtains.
