"We are at the end of our private tour of Sri Lanka. We booked all accom from Australia. The most consistent service issue across all accommodation regardless of price point or star rating is the inordinately slow service! Whether drinks or food slow service is endemic across Sri Lanka and unfortunately the cinnamon grand is no different. Staff always try to be helpful however this is the first hotel experience where staff seem unhappy. Just to be clear what we are talking about is the time taken...

"The bed and pillows are very uncomfortable, breakfast was excellent specially for south Asians, but there is short of space due to lots of guests, they should modify the restaurant because I feel the arrangement is not proper "
