D Pavilion Boutique Hotel
3.0 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (39)
"While I know I came before official check in time, no rooms were ready. There was no one at check in so I had to look for someone. They said I could wait in their sitting room for a few hours until a room was ready. I asked where their restaurant was so I could get breakfast as it was about 1030 am and they said they weren't opening the restaurant that day... Taking it as a sign of things to come, I just left and booked a room at Galle Face Hotel instead. "

All the staff were keen to help, were always polite and efficient and friendly. The pool area very nice with amazing views but there wasn’t any shade! The gym facilities were very good and the area was supervised I would highly recommend the Cinnamon Red Hotel and would stay again in a second. "
