"This is a simple but pleasant place to stay. My room was very clean and was cleaned nicely each day. There was tea making facilities, a small fridge and 24 hours of hot water. The staff are friendly and helpful. Next door is a very cheap and easy place to get snack, tea and coffee. Literally round the corner is a bigger more comprehensive place to eat and down the road a few metres is a well stocked supermarket. "We have one transit night in Colombo and choose this suit apparyment for family stay. The appartment was very neat and clean as well as secure with all facilities including stat of the art swimming pool. The owner Mr. Don was very helpful and supportive and assist us in all manners. The only drawback is you probably unable to go outside without necessary security access that can be granted during morning time."

"The hostel is in a great location, close to the train station and lots of great places to eat nearby. But that's the only strong point. Everything else is average at best.
