"Loved the location and layout of room. However the bedroom backs up to outside hallway and we heard doors slamming and carts all night. No fan in bedroom and AC didn’t seem to work . Warm and stuffy. Room needs more circulation of air. Bathroom fixtures were broken. Room could use some renovation and repair. Disappointing that restaurant hours are not posted on website so we didn’t know it wouldn’t be open for most of our stay. Enjoyed the balcony and view. "

"Some hotels age well. This one hasn’t. Signs everywhere proudly boast their 50 year anniversary (which was ten years ago). Somone forgot to take the signs down. Nothing works and the place had an old dingy smell to it. The restaurant was closed, and one of the two elevators was broken. In our room, we had a broken lampshade, a table with no chairs, stained curtains, stained walls and a dirty shower just for starters. We had to call down for kleenex because housekeeping forgot to refill the...

" We loved our stay at the unique and beautiful Cypress Moon Inn. The property is full of character and we especially enjoyed the owner’s appreciation of nature; there was a wonderful blending into the surroundings. Greg and Linda were gracious and attentive hosts- gave us space but were also willing to share history and stories full of personality with us. The antique furnishings in the Inn are beautiful and the building itself is a work of high craftsmanship. We would love to stay here again!"
