"Very clean. Well equipped. Some dated stuff. Useless, warped dust pan, cracked ceramic floors with grout crumbled and gritting the floors. AC worked well, quiet, but did nit vent into one of the bedrooms. I thought there were no pets, but saw several dogs. Parking was adequate. Beds and sofas very comfortable. No good view balcony. from I could live there all summer."

"The dishes were dirty when we arrived from previous guests. The dishwasher did not work well during our stay and after running it 3 times the dishes were still dirty. The tub was clogged and backing up anytime we took a shower. The location was great and the view. "

The day we came in (July 20, 2023), the upstairs units were 78 degrees and blowing warm air. Maintenance was called and showed up. We were told that it was repaired. It took several hours for those units to cool down. Because check in is 4:00, it took hours for these rooms to cool down to make sleeping comfortable. "Place was great. Balcony is big and has a nice up-close view of the beach. Spacious and kitchen was pretty well stocked. Recommend providing accurate wifi info to guests. Also, it was a clean place overall, but the kitchen counters needed a wipedown and we found some hair in the tub. "

"This hotel manager and receptionist not kindness. They are only focus on money, not safety. I want to leave hotel early because of Debby hurricane and they don’t give permission. They don’t give me any receipt about early leave. They want to stay at hotel in hurricane and unsafe with my 3 children."
