"Great stay for a couple-day trip to Charlotte! Great staff and facility. Clean, modern, good amenities. Valet parking is totally worth it!!"

"Everything was good. Just a few things to know…walls are very thin could hear our neighbors talking at 5:30am that woke us up. Also could hear loud noises from upstairs tenants like foot stomping. If you plan on cooking, bring your own pans as the ones in cabin 2 were uncleanable. We had to go buy our own while we were there. In winter the drive is steep into the cabin parking lot and luckily we had all-wheel drive. Other patrons had to park elsewhere as to not get stuck. Overall beds were comfortable and the place stayed nice and warm! Good location and beautiful views. "

"Great hotel. Very clean and they had a great breakfast and an area to purchase drinks, snacks and even charcuterie!!! Pleasant staff and well appointed. Would love to stay here again!"
