Overall this is a nice well appointed hotel and property. The room was very clean and was recently renovated. There are a few items that we'd like to see added. There is no shelf or storage area on the sink in the bathroom to hold your personal items. One other nice item to add would be 2 towel hooks as the towel rack is rather small. That being said, we enjoyed our stay and will look to book it again for a future trip.

This place is excellent to fish up and down the Outer Banks. The price is really a plus, the rooms are clean, The beach is across the street and 2 good piers, one you could drive to in 30 seconds and the other a mile or so up the road. Downtown Manteo is just a couple miles down the road, Oregon inlet 15 mins away if you want to drive on the beach and surf fish. And their are free piers all over the place. This trip I caught a couple Speckled Trout.. It's the outer banks, It's a great time.

Great location right on beachfront. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Hot water (in shower) took a while to heat up but once it got going didn’t run out.

A nice place that is local and near the pier. Easy walk to the beach. The rooms were clean and simple. The walls are paper thin so you can hear your neighbors with ease. The beds make a lot of noise as well with movement. However, if you are looking for a short stay at the beach that’s clean, has friendly staff, and near most attractions, this place is the place to stay.

Our little family really enjoyed our stay. The location was the best, simply walk right onto the beach! Also convenient beach walk to the fishing pier. Room was spacious, clean, cute and kitchenette was very nice to have. We would love to stay again and would recommend it to others planning a carefree getaway.

This location was perfect for our family beach weekend. We had multiple generations of our family come together and the oceanfront room was perfect for being able to gain easy access to the beach. The room was clean and well maintained. We will be back!

All rooms are pet friendly! Room was neat and clean. The walk-in shower had a massive showerhead and a handheld unit. There were dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The room started with 5-stars but went to 4 stars: Water pressure was weak taking a shower. The bathroom was small. There was no hair dryer or ironing board. We didn't stay the full 5 days as I got sick (turns out I had the Flu). We checked out early, Hotel policy did not include refunds, or prorating for early out. Maybe I'll be able to enjoy the full vacation next year.
