"Beautiful place, area, and views! Restaurant was lacking as were options in the immediate area, but Wilmington had nice choices, and of course the room gad a kitchen. Biggest issue was I left items behind and immediately (w/in 30 min of checking out) contacted them. Responses were slow or not at all. I did eventually get my items back but one of a few messages that went ignored was my request for shipping/tracking info, eta. Never heard back. But again, I did receive my items. Just, being...

"Great hotel; only negatives were the indoor pool was closed for renovation (one of the reasons we booked the hotel since it’s too cold to use outdoor pool right now) and the walls are super thin! "

"Beautiful hotel, not long built I think. Smelled new, decor was modern and very nice. Situated close to a centre full of restaurants, a movie theater and much more. My partner and I really didn't need to leave the area for food or anything else. I can't wait to stay again and tell my friends"

"Everything went fine during our 3 day stay. Resteraunt closed due to remodeling was the only disappointment, reason for the 4 stars on property condition and facilities. Im sure it will be great when it opens with the dining by the beach. Coutyard and pool area nice and well lit. Only about 25 yds to water out of back of hotel."
