"My stay at this property was beyond amazing. As my brand and career have launched, I have begun to travel often and, thankfully, majority of the hotels I have stayed at have always presented the proper hospitality and service that I require. I was warmly greeted by a young woman who happened to be a SCAD student like I was. She was professional, polite and patient as I was having trouble with my card at check-in. Throughout the duration of my stay I ran into plenty of other staff members who were just as equally warm and friendly and genuinely hospitable. I was so satisfied with my stay that I expressed my pleasure to the service desk gentlemen, Trey, informing him we will return for a future stay, and thank you all for making my visit a reason to brag and to return to once again. "

I did not notice that when I booked through Hotels.com We could have stayed at another hotel that had a higher star rating, with free parking for the extra $45 a day. I thought I had put in the filter that I wanted a hotel with free parking."
