Our room was beautiful with great views of the river from our balcony. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. Valet parking was convenient and staff were all very friendly. The River Street Inn overall was a beauitful inn with lovely decor, delicious on-site restaurants/bars, and offered great perks throughout the stay. We absolutely plan to stay here again. My only complaint would be the number of other guests who slam doors at 630am. Nothing the hotel can do about inconsiderate guests.

Building smelled moldy. Paid for a balcony room didn’t receive one. Room wasn’t ready for check in. Could hear everyone in the halls. Would not waste your time here. Booked a room across the river and was much happier.

I love this hotel. It’s super cool since is over 100 years old. Yes some of the rooms are small but you’re paying for the view and the location. Close to shops and dining. We used the valet which was terrific. I can’t wait to go back!

The best thing about the property was the location on River Street and the beautiful Savannah River. We valet parked and never needed the car for 48 hours. The historic trolley tour has a stop in walking distance. It is a historic hotel. Well maintained for such an old property

So glad we stay here as they were very authentic to the area. We celebrated our anniversary, they treated us to champagne & balloons. They didn't need to, it was a nice extra! Also, really enjoyed the daily happy hour & food was excellent!
