"We stay here often to visit my wife's mother in Westbourne. Every one is very friendly. The bar is very reasonably priced. Beds comfy and their prices are very reasonable. It's not 5 star but when you only need a bed for the night it's perfect. Yes the hotels a bit tired in places. If you want to pay twice the amount go 5 star but here is good."

"Overall good experience and nice looking/good facilities. However our room was not completely clean. There were orange stains on the duvet and pillows (on the covers as well as the actual pillows) and red on the sheets, stains on carpet and dirty windows and windowsill which when condensated had orange drips coming down. "The staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was we'll stocked and enjoyable. The swimming pool was closed but fortunately we were able to walk to the hotel next-door and use their swimming pools. The Sauna and Jacuzzi facilities would have been very welcome, if only they were working!
