"Was very close to biltmore house. The hotel was clean although the in room coffee maker did not work. Due to water issues in the community they did not have coffee downstairs so we had to find it outside the hotel. "

"We stayed at the Haywood Park Hotel two days before Hurricane Helene's destructive path caused catastrophic damage to lovely Asheville. Our stay was wonderful. Our room (more like an apartment!) was incredible. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was equipped with all the amenities one could desire, and the living area was spacious and nicely furnished. The whimsical touches reflecting the hotel's previous life as a department store made one appreciate the building's history. All the staff were helpful and friendly. We especially loved the check in champagne!! Wishing the good people of Asheville good health, safety and a full recovery. "
