I had a problem with booking through expedia using their Fake AI assistant. I contacted expdia who said all was ok. I contacted the hotel who said i had no booking. Expedia took my money and your hotel refused to reimburse my money

Very clean and reasonably priced. Ample parking. I should have requested a handicap room because mine had no handrails or anything else to hold onto in the shower. The room decor is modern with sharp corners, something I've become wary of in my old age. Will stay here again in the future, probably.

Prices here are fair, breakfast oncluded which is lovely. The beds are a bit hard and the shower curtain doesnt cover the entire bathtub... all in all its worth it for a short stay but I am knit picky.

This would have been an excellent stay if it weren’t for two major problems. The elevator was not working and had been down for some time and we ( both disabled elderly and one a disabled veteran ) only found out on signing in. In addition, the heat could not be regulated to a stable temperature and had to be adjusted several times during the night.

I wish I would have known prior to booking the elevator was out of service. Carrying suitcases up three flights of stairs was not ideal. The pool was out of service as well.

The staff were so friendly and the lobby is beautiful with wonderfully comfortable seating for reading and socializing with friends by a fireplace. However, I was greatly disappointed upon arriving and learning that the indoor pool and hot tub were closed for an indefinite period. I soon did a quick search of its hotel reviews and discovered that others had been complaining of the same thing for weeks, perhaps a month or longer. There was no mention of this when I made my reservation or other notification given after I made my reservation. If I had known, I might have gone somewhere else. The last I checked, the hotels website still showed these were available. Although, I still love their lobby. :-) Todd

Hot pool not functioning, no complimentary bottled water, bathroom has some hair strands from the previous guest. Nice and friendly front desk (Anna), felt secured during my stay, breakfast during weekdays must be extended until 10am.

I booked a room for one night right after Christmas. I am a local, and my children love swimming, so this was a Christmas gift for the 3 of them. It’s been a rough 3 months. Nowhere online did it indicate that the pool was closed for renovations. We were given a pass to go across the street to swim at the Fairfield hotel. Had I known the pool was closed, I simply would have booked a room in a hotel where I wouldn’t have to bundle up 3 small children for winter weather and drive across a busy road in a high traffic area to swim. I’m not happy with my stay. I’m actually pretty upset.
